Led the development of short- and long-term strategic plans so that large-scale productions, such as workshops, concerts, and competitions were held with top satisfaction from audiences. Forged key partnerships with national and international artists to provide a platform that broadened their professional growth as well as extended their reach to under-represented diaspora populations in the United States. Identified market expansion opportunities and introduced new promotional plans that amplified public awareness to diverse musical traditions. Developed community programs that built better cross-cultural experiences through music and art. Worked with artists to provide a platform that helped their professional growth and expansion through collaboration and partnerships with western musicians.
